Peter Butler
has graciously agreed, once again, to host our our executive meeting this Sunday, March 4, 2012 at 2:00 pm. The date of this meeting was discussed at
our last executive meeting and agreed upon at that time.
This will be our second meeting of the year. While the executive is
expected to attend, it is not obligatory for directors but it is always
nice if some directors do attend. Peter's
address, for those who have forgotten, is as follows below, and if you
click on the address link the browser will open another window with a
map to Peter's home. We will once again try to wrap up the meeting by 4:00 pm and try to be out of Peter's place at the latest by 4:30 pm.
It is our usual practice to bring some nuts, cheese, crackers, cake,
or wine to help make the afternoon a pleasant one although this is not
compulsory. Peter's home telephone number is deleted and his cell is deleted in case you get lost. His home is an easy walk from Woodbine and Gerrard.
If you cannot make the meeting please email your regrets to me and to Rob Amaron or let us know by telephone.
The Agenda will follow by separate email prior to the meeting or it will be given out at the meeting.
Regards,
George Sachs, NTSC #539

You asked for more auctions, so we're having our 2nd auction June 14th run by one of the GTA's foremost auctioneers John Robertson.
What a great way to turn what you no longer need into cash, at the same time, find new material that you can use.
Visitors are welcome, as always, to bid.
Don't forget to download, print and fill-in Live Auction lot slips and grab a bidder's paddle before the event!
We normally process payments at the auction's end and sellers get paid the same night.
Don't forget to Bring Cash!
Unsold auction items can be held over to become Table Auction lots which are held every meeting night, and also during Bourses and Stamp Shows.
Contact our Club Secretary for more information on how to sell your unwanted gems.
( Events are subject to last minute changes, check back often. ) |

Thursday 6:30pm to 10:00pm
The virtual disappearance of commemoratives at local post offices, the dependency on definitives, Horizon labels and “Post & Go” stamps show that British Philately is vastly different from what it was a decade ago.
What, in fact, are the changes all about and how does the collector cope, besides closing down shop?
Plus: Nights of the Round Table Topic: Perfin Stamps
