Thursday 6:30pm to 10:00 pm

NTSC Evening Program for February 13th. A Visit to the Vincent G. Greene Philatelic Research Foundation. http://www.greenefoundation.ca

There will be three library staff on duty that evening. Librarian Sheila Moll will give a short orientation of the library, followed by a tour and a Q&A period. Cathy will assist individuals with enquiries and Garfield will demonstrate what the new wonder machine (crime scope) can do for philatelists .

Don’t forget to bring a stamp or two to have them expertized by Garfield.  There will be lots of time to wander through the stacks, find out how to use the library resources on-line and sign out books.

Arrive between 7:00 and 7:30 at 10 Summerhill Ave. (one block north of the Summerhill subway station, three streets south of St. Clair) Summerhill Ave. only runs east of Yonge St. and has free parking on the south side but it is often difficult to find a spot.

My suggestion is to take the subway, park at the church and walk down Yonge St. or call a colleague and ask for a drive to VGG.  Any questions, call Peter Butler at 416-690-4666.

PLEASE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN ABOUT; EXPERTIZING, RESEARCHING ON-LINE, VISITING ON YOUR OWN AND BORROWING TEXTS.

THE LIBRARY STAFF WILL HAVE PREPARED AN INFORMATIVE AND ENJOYABLE PROGRAM. LET’S HAVE A GREAT NTSC TURNOUT.
