  A LIVE MINI AUCTION  

Mini Auction Rules:

Special rules will apply to the mini auction as each member can submit for the auction only a maximum of 10 items and these items can belong only to two categories:

1) Stamps accessories, that is anything like stamp albums, hinges, catalogues, philatelic literature etc.

2) Stamp collections, which can be any country or topical collection of one or more pages (single stamps, single sets or single covers will not be accepted).

Items will be consigned to Bob Amaron from 6:15 to 7:15 to be numbered and put on the table. No further items will be accepted after 7:15 p.m.  Viewing will stop at 7:30 p.m.

At 7:30 p.m. we will hold the AGM and the club's executive elections which will take place in the gym and is expected to last between 15 and 30 minutes.

The auction will start soon after the end of the AGM. 

 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING & ELECTIONS OF OFFICERS 

Back in 2013 the executive moved the AGM, a night to vote, by a show of hands, for the new officers of the club and to announce new initiatives and special events for the coming twelve months, to the 2nd meeting night in January.

The immediate past president and chairman of the Nominating Committee will present the list of proposed candidates for office, for the coming year. 

Please bring $20 CAD to keep your membership in good standing.
