This evening, NTSC President, Les Selby focused on the rich legacy of philatelic material that celebrates the last two Zeppelin's adventurous careers.

Graf Zeppelin # LZ127 was the most successful Zeppelin ever with 590 flights and over 1 million miles.  LZ127 was retired and put on public display following the Hindenburg crash.

Graf Zeppelin, # LZ130, undertook her first test flight in 1938, plus a number of propaganda and military-directed flights before being grounded before WWII.

Those who grabbed an invitation to this Zoom presentation were truly enthralled.
