Tonight's member-guest was Ken Snelson who recently won the Grand Award at the NTSC's 80th Annual Exhibition for his 'The Returned Letter Wrappers of the London 1d/2d 1797 - 1832.'Â
His in-person NTSC presentation this evening included covers from this exhibit, as well as the key people involved in the creation of the separate and short-lived Returned Letter Office.
