In-Person Meetings
Doors generally open at 6:00 pm with the Sales Circuit and 10-cent books being made available for browsing and purchases. Members can have their Table-Auction items spread out for purchasing as well. Also, stamp member-vendors often have their tables setup and are open for business. Friendly conversations among members and visitors fill the air. The Business meeting and Philatelic Programme starts around 7:30-7:45 pm and goes to 8:45 pm (sometimes later).  By 9:00 - 9:30 pm we're wrapping up.
