Ever since 2012 NTSC has been holding 3 live in-person members' auctions per year at our meeting location at Christ Church Deer Park 🦌

What a great way to turn what you no longer need into cash, while at the same time, find a new home for won items.
As always: visitors are welcome to bid.
Auction Slips to Download and Print
Anticipating another full house in-person live auction.
In October 8th's auction NTSC will offer up donated items and philatelic lots of our members.
Members: Don't forget to download and fill-in your items for this sale on our Live Auction lot slips and grab a bidder's paddle before the event!
Preview and Registering of your lots starts at 6:00pm
We expect to process payments for won items at the auction's end followed by pay-outs to sellers right after.
We settle up afterwards, so don't forget to Bring Cash.
Members' Auction Lots can be held over to become Table-Auction Lots held every meeting night and during Bourses and Stamp Shows.
Contact our Auctions Chairman for more information on how to sell your unwanted gems.
We expect to have between 200-300 Members' items for sale at these auctions with a huge variety of countries and topics.
🆕NEW FEATURE for SELLERS🆕
Get your Lot #s by email prior to the auction, so you skip the seller's reg line. Go right to the preview table & set up so buyers have more time to see your wares.
To take advantage of this time-saving feature, calculate the number of lots you want to sell. Then email it along with your membership number to amrob@rogers.com
Deadline: Email your number of lots before midnight ending Wednesday Oct. 7 to get your range of lot serial numbers.
Sellers, who do not request this prior service, should continue to line up at the door.
In all cases, please be clear in writing these numbers on official NTSC auction slips to ensure your sales end up in your account.
