Part 1: A quick review of the steps in making plates for the printing of engraved stamps and the classifications of different re-entries.
Part 2: Examples of various major re-entries and other constant plate varieties from early Queen Victoria through to modern Elizabethan.
Part 3: A variety of unusual postal markings including postage due, RTS, crash cover and temporary suspension of service.
Part 4: Miscellaneous varieties including the Seaway invert, bisects re-united, pre-printing creases & Kiosk stamps that lose their value.
Arnie Janson is a retired engineer/inventor and a member of the Brantford Stamp Club. Â
His passion is collecting the full spectrum of used Canadian varieties including re-entries, plate flaws, printing errors, bisects, unusual postal markings, etc. He also collects postal history from Victorian to Elizabethan.Â

Arnie is a member of BNAPS, RPSC and PSSC. He and his wife Noreen live in Brantford and spend their winters in Antigua. He invites anyone interested in a vacation to Antigua to contact him.
