Tonight we had Klaus Hintz give us a presentation on the Aspects of Collecting Berlin Stamps.  

Berlin issued stamps for a limited time which was shaped by the cold war.  Berlin philately encompasses the immediate post-war period and from the 50's on the only “occupied” territory of Germany.
